Turnaround Time

Our stoles are handmade and can take up to 4 weeks to complete. If you need a faster turnaround, let us know — we’ll do our best to help.

Shipping Deadlines

If you’ve chosen shipping, please ensure your order is placed at least:

• 4 weeks before the sacrament for standard shipping

• 3 weeks before the sacrament for express shipping

This allows time for both production and delivery.

⏱ Need it faster?
You can upgrade by adding Fast Turnaround option, which reduces your required order time by 1 week on either method.

School Pick-Up

We work with a number of Geelong Catholic schools to offer a free school delivery option.

• We usually collect stoles from your child’s school around 3 weeks before the first sacrament date.

• We then return completed stoles to the school office before the sacrament.

Other Pick-Up Options

You can also drop off or collect from:

• Highton drop box – available anytime

• North Shore studio – open Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 12:30 pm
